Delivery
All our items at The Highland Hound are handmade to order and we dispatch orders within 5-7 working days, although we do aim to get orders out asap where we can.
Orders are posted using Royal Mail 1st class who for UK customers aim to deliver within 1-3 working days but can take up to 5-7 working days.
International orders the buyer is responsible for customs and import tax etc that may apply.
The Highland Hound isn't responsible due to delays at customs.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel please email us before your order has been dispatch and we will send you a cancellation form.

Returns

If you are unhappy when you receive your order please contact us within 14 days from the day after delivery. 

To arrange a return.

All returns must be sent back within 30 days and be in a new and unworn condition.

The buyer is liable for any loss in value due to items not being returned in original condition.

Your refund will be processed once the items have arrived back to us and have been checked over.

The Highland Hound is not liable for items lost in the post whilst being returned to us so we do advise you send it back tracked.

All personalised, custom made / made to measure items can't be exchanged or returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights please see t&c section on faulty goods.

 

Please make sure you buy the correct sized product, if you are at all unsure please message us and we will advise which would be best.

 

Also please ensure all spelling is correct as we will copy this onto the collar as you have written it down.

 

We can't be held responsible for incorrect spelling and wrong size collars.
